| Description : | Prostrate herbs, branchlets pubescent. Leaves distichous, 3-6 x 2-4 mm, elliptic-obovate, apex obtuse, base obliquely rounded, margin crenulate, stipulate. Cyathia axillary, involucre ca 1 x 0.7 mm, tubular, glands 4; male ebracteolate, subsessile, anthers 1 mm, dehiscence transverse; female laterally pendulous, ovary 5 mm across, style 3.5 mm, forked from base, stigma obtuse. Capsule prominently beaked angles with spreading hairs; seeds 4-angled. | |||||||||||||
