| Description : | Glabrous herbs, to 7 cm high. Leaves alternate, opposite below, to 8 x 4 mm, obovate, acute, shortly petiolate. Flowers small, white, solitary, axillary; pedicel 8 mm long, slender; calyx lobes 5, free, 1.5 mm long; corolla 3 mm across, campanulate, lobes 5, obovate, 3 mm long; stamens 5, free; ovary 1-celled; ovules many, on free central placenta; style short, stigma hairy.
